OHCYL is a Town & Country baseball and softball league, therefore, we adhere to the Town & Country rules for all star team participation.  What that means is you must be a registered member of our league and play in at least half of your teams' games during the regular season in order to participate in all star tryouts and to be considered for selection.

We do require that if you choose to tryout and are selected for an OHCYL all star team, that you make a commitment to that team by agreeing it will be the only all star team you participate in that season.  At these age groups, it's very exciting for the kids to be selected to an all star team, and it can be equally disappointing to not be selected.  We want to make sure that a family and child is fully committed to being 100% a part of the team and will not be missing any team activities to split their time with another neighboring all star team.  We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
